Scurrah Nassau Fabrication
SN-Group is accredited to ISO 3834 ‘Quality Requirements for Welding’ as part of the Welding Fabricator Certification Scheme (WFCS). The WFCS scheme is accredited by UKAS and is the only scheme in the UK that is authorised for ISO 3834 certification by the European Welding Federation and the International Institute of Welding. Both our manufacturing facilities (at Barrow in Furness and Millom) carry factory production control certificates issued by the above authorities to demonstrate our quality compliance.
Pipework
- Production of pipe spools to BS and ASME standards is an activity that SN-Group have long been a market leader and reassuringly hold contracts with major energy companies to support there process pipework requirements.
- Where urgent pipework replacement is needed, SN-Group can manufacture, NDT, pressure test, coat and install in very short timescales, providing our customers with the rapid turnaround service that they require.
Jigs and Structural Steelwork
- SN-Group is able to produce structural steelwork up to Execution class 3 in accordance with BS EN 1090.
- Manufacturer of jigs for the defence and shipbuilding sectors.
